◊ Prompts to update to your VDOT every 4-6 weeks so paces adapt as you gain fitness
◊ Access to complete 16-week plan
◊ Communication – Monthly (3 total) 30-minute call to check-in on initial goals, answer questions and provide tips on training/racing related information; form, nutrition, hydration, pre and post run mobility, strategy, gear and more.
