Work one-on-one with a Run Salty Athletics coach who will build an individual periodized
training plan with your goals, training background, injuries, and personal/family schedule
in mind. Methodology is based on theories and training concepts from famous running
coach Dr. Jack Daniels, as well as the knowledge and experience gained over the years of
my personal training and coaching.

What’s included:
◊ Race planning and goal setting
◊ Guidance on nutrition, injury prevention and cross training as needed.
◊ Strategy for taper weeks, race day and your races
◊ Bi-Weekly training uploaded into your VDOT calendar upon sign-on, updating
recurs on Saturdays.
◊ Plan adjustments as needed (because life happens)
◊ Communication: Unlimited access to your coach + Weekly Communication and
feedback through the VDOT app + Monthly check-in discussion includes but not
limited to:
1) How Athlete feels about their training 2) Challenges 3) Goal check-in
4) Plan for upcoming adjustments 5) Athlete’s questions
